Why is this so important? Because we know as business owners that finding new clients is difficult. And in this business climate, it’s be particularly challenging. That’s why it’s important to keep our existing clients.
Almost every business right now is concerned about the future and they’re looking to cut costs. Sure, many businesses are fine, but the uncertainty is causing many of them to review their expenses.
The vendors and services that will get cut, are the ones where the business owner sees the least amount of value.
If you didn’t reach out to your clients as soon as this pandemic hit, then do it now. See how they’re doing and how you can help. Now is the time to go above and beyond for your clients. It will help retain your existing client base.
