The Key to Growing Customer Engagement

Question for you…
If you are someone who creates content, what kind of content are you putting out in the world?
Is it what YOU want to talk about or is it what YOUR AUDIENCE wants to hear from you? (And yes, that can be two different things!!)
Too often, we create content, just for the sake of creating content. We’re so busy that we don’t give it much thought, and we just want to check off a box so that you can go on to the next thing.
I get it. We’ve all done it.
But when we do this, we aren’t creating content that has value. And if it isn’t interesting to our audience, then they aren’t going to engage with it.
It’s only when we offer value through our video, email, website or social media that we can truly connect with our potential clients.
See you’re an expert in something, and that’s why your clients like you, and that’s why people follow you.
They want to learn from your wisdom.
And when you share that with them, you start to form a connection that is real. You’ll start to see people engage with you in all sorts of ways.
So next time you create content, ask yourself if what you’re producing is what your audience wants. If not, come up with a new idea that will get your audience excited to hear from you.
